This Privacy Policy explains how Puritas Global Specialty Chemicals (“Puritas Global”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, and handles information when you interact with us through our WhatsApp Business Bot or our website at www.puritasglobal.net.
By messaging our WhatsApp number or using our website, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

We only collect information directly provided by you or automatically included by the WhatsApp platform. We do not use cookies or tracking pixels on our WhatsApp channel.
2.1 Collected Automatically via WhatsApp
- ›WhatsApp Phone Number — Your phone number is provided by the WhatsApp Cloud API when you initiate a conversation. It is used solely to route bot replies back to you.
- ›WhatsApp Profile Name — The display name on your WhatsApp account is received with each incoming message and used to personalise the conversation.
2.2 Provided Voluntarily During the Conversation
- ›Name & Organisation / Property Name — When requesting a price quotation or Evaluation Kit, you are asked to share your name and the name of your hotel, hospital, commercial property, or institution.
- ›Delivery Address, City & Pincode — Collected only when you place an order for our ₹799 Evaluation Sample Kit or request a freight-inclusive bulk quotation. Used solely for shipping logistics and order dispatch.
- ›Product Preferences & Pack Sizes — The chemical products (e.g., G1, G2, G6) and packaging sizes (5L, 25L, 50L) you select are recorded as part of your quotation or sample kit order.

Our website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for aggregated, anonymised traffic analysis (pages visited, device type, approximate geography). We do not use this data to personally identify visitors and do not combine it with WhatsApp lead data.
3. How We Use Your Information

- ✓Processing and dispatching Evaluation Kit orders via our logistics partners.
- ✓Commercial sales follow-up — our institutional sales desk may contact you at the WhatsApp number you used to answer product questions or complete a quotation.
- ✓Internal CRM record-keeping — all confirmed quotation requests and kit orders are logged to our internal Google Sheets CRM for order tracking and fulfilment management.
We do not use your data for automated marketing broadcasts, promotional campaigns, or third-party advertising of any kind.
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share limited information only with the following parties, strictly to fulfil your request:
WhatsApp / Meta Platforms, Inc.
Messages you send are delivered via the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API. Meta processes message delivery as a technical intermediary under their WhatsApp Privacy Policy.
Courier & Logistics Partners
When you place a sample kit or bulk order, your delivery address and contact details are shared with our express courier partners (e.g., DTDC, Delhivery) solely to fulfil and track your shipment. No other data is shared with them.
Internal CRM (Google Sheets)
Confirmed lead and order records are synced to our internal Google Sheets workspace. Access is restricted to authorised Puritas Global team members for order fulfilment and sales coordination.
5. Data Retention
We retain lead and order records for as long as reasonably necessary to manage commercial relationships and fulfil orders. WhatsApp conversation history is subject to Meta’s own retention policies. You may request deletion of your data from our systems at any time — see Section 7 below.
6. Security
All data in transit between your WhatsApp client and our servers is protected by end-to-end encryption enforced by Meta. Our webhook endpoint operates over HTTPS and verifies the cryptographic signature on every inbound event from Meta to prevent unauthorised access. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information we hold.
7. Your Rights & Data Deletion
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. To submit a data deletion request:
Email puritasglobalcare@gmail.com with the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
Include the WhatsApp phone number associated with your conversation so we can identify and remove your records.
We will acknowledge your request and complete the deletion within 48 business hours.
Note: This removes your data from our internal CRM. WhatsApp message history held by Meta must be managed via your WhatsApp account settings or by contacting Meta directly.
8. Children’s Privacy
Our WhatsApp channel and website are intended for institutional and commercial procurement professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has submitted data through our channel, please contact puritasglobalcare@gmail.com and we will promptly delete it.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our services evolve. Material changes will be indicated by an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of our WhatsApp channel or website after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
